For those outside the coaching world, you might not know what this credential really means.
The Professional Certified Coach is a credential awarded to coaches who have demonstrated not just competency, but a sustained proficiency and excellence in the art and science of transformation.
๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ง'๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ. ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ซ๐ง ๐ข๐ญ.
I earned it through:
โ Hundreds of hours of rigorous advanced training that continually stretched everything I thought I knew about coaching.
โ Almost 1000 logged hours in the coaching space, holding presence for others in their most vulnerable moments of growth.
โ Having my work product and coaching skills scrutinized, evaluated, and validated against the highest global standards of coaching excellence, and receiving feedback that humbled me.
